The Legend
It was a time of candy-coated hooks, shiny suites, and snappy 70’s samples, the future of hip-hop was uncertain… There were many powerful forces unrelenting in their search to destroy centuries of tradition and culture. But fate placed the destiny of hip-hop in the hands of two brothers, known as Double Dragon. There quest, to stop the evil forces of weak music infesting the young minds of the hip-hop generation.
A daunting task lied ahead for the two brothers. Both vowed to dedicate their lives to learning the sacred art of production. Their training began in the ancient city of Vancouver, BC where many days and nights were spent at a local high school laying down the foundation for future battles. There they rigorously began developing the skills to formulate the illest beats and sounds across the land. No one knew who they were, or where they came from, but myths steadily grew as echoes of hypnotic, neck breaking beats pulsated throughout the air.
Within a year, Double Dragon had gained an arsenal of equipment necessary for battle during their quest. They now called upon the talents of many lyrical assassins to collaborate and prepare…
For two more long years Double Dragon stayed in the studio and waited
for the perfect time to reveal to the world the wrath that they would
unleash. Finally the gods called upon Double Dragon to restore the world
of hip-hop to its former glory…the time has now come…
